Want to sell your house or buy one? Then talk to wonderful Nancy Wholey. I was involved in a — not so very simple — house sale that had evolved over the break up of a tortured relationship. I had wanted to put the house up for sale and needed advice and guidance through the process. I won’t belabor the details of the house sale but it involved suing my ex while completing the house renovation with final permitting. A friend who understood my situation recommended that I contact Nancy. I will be forever grateful for that recommendation. Nancy never pushed me but guided me through the entire sales process. This included staging, photography and marketing. Whatever she did worked. The Open House was held the day after the house was listed and we were flooded with offers. And offers over asking price! Literally, the house was sold a few days after it was listed. I was a bit overwhelmed with the offers and all their attendant benefits and shortcomings. Nancy spent hours with me going through all the offers and their many variables until she and I were sure that I was a happy (selling) camper!
